Raised in the heart of Santa Barbara real estate, she gained early exposure to the complexities of the market, setting the stage for her future career. After earning a Master’s in Accounting and passing the CPA exam, Katie decided to merge her financial expertise with her passion for real estate, drawing on her experience in business marketing, property management, and home renovations. Katie’s athletic background is a key factor in her success. Having reached the highest level in her sport, she brings fierce determination, discipline, and a results-driven mindset to her real estate career. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her accounting skills and marketing savvy, make her a powerful asset for her clients.
